First of all, the hospital facilities were really outdated. The staff were unfriendly too, but even before I noticed that, something felt shabby and all the staff were blunt. When I had the facial fat consultation, there was only one locker and one gown in the photo room. There wasn’t even a mirror in the room where I consulted with the consultant, and it was really... seriously, something about it was shabby. I had booked with the doctor too, but I had to wait over an hour, and the facilities themselves felt so suspicious that I didn’t want to do it. Looking at the before-and-after photos for double-jaw surgery and eye surgery, they looked unnatural, so I think it was good that I left.
