I had a consultation for my cheekbones and chin tip. The consultation wait time was long. I think it took almost over an hour. It wasn’t because there were many patients inside the clinic; it seemed like the director was spending a long time consulting with each patient. But I’m not sure whether it was because he was checking follow-ups, because there were a lot of consultations, or because he came out during surgery.. Seeing him moving around in such a rush made me nervous too. For the cheekbones, he said an upward fixation surgery could resolve hollowing, Indian folds, and sagging skin all at once. If that’s possible it would be great, but other clinics said it wasn’t possible, so I don’t know what the result would be.. For the chin tip, he recommended secondary advancement, but elsewhere they said that would make me look like I have a protruding jaw, so I’m not sure about that either..
