I had rhinoplasty about ten years ago, and this time I got revision surgery I think it has been about a month now Both times were done with an incision inside the nose, so I wasn't particularly worried about scarring For my nose, I had the silicone removed, used autologous dermis from my buttocks, and used donated costal cartilage Now that it's been about a month, a lot of the swelling has gone down, but the nasal tip still feels firm and my philtrum also feels tight, so I think it needs a bit more time My lips close well without discomfort, and I like the line, and the nose and chin-tip proportions are good too, so I think it will be fine once more time passes A brief review, hoping I never have to touch my nose again^^ Once it becomes more natural, I'll try posting again
