Review of surgery at Dareum Plastic Surgery (week 2)

After removing the cotton, stitches, everything that had been attached to my ear, and even the splint, I thought I’d finally be able to breathe well, but my nose kept feeling blocked.. So for almost 5 days I couldn’t smell anything.. When the splint was removed, there was still swelling around the bridge between my eyes, and when they checked, blood had pooled there, so they drained the blood.. They said some patients occasionally have blood pooling, but that it would not affect the result, and they explained it calmly and took care of it, so I felt reassured. The director checked and told me to come in the next day if it seemed like more swelling had developed. Since breathing was still uncomfortable and the swelling seemed the same, even though it was Saturday, I told them that day that I wanted to visit the hospital, and they told me to come right away, so I was able to receive treatment. It kept feeling stuffy, as if there was cotton blocking the inside of my nose, but when they checked, they found that blood had pooled around the nasal septum. As soon as they drained the blood from that area, my breathing opened right up. They found the bleeding site right away, kept reassuring me while continuing to check on me, and checked again on Monday. And now, one week later, except for a little bruising around the nose, the swelling has gone down a lot and the nose is settling well! Any time I have even a small issue or question, I can get answers through KakaoTalk, and the director checks my progress well every time I go, so I feel reassured! I’m not worried about side effects, and even if a problem were to occur, I got a good impression that they would take responsibility and resolve it somehow! I’m looking forward to the progress after one month too! I’m still waiting for the nasal tip to come down more, but I somehow continue to feel trust, so I’m waiting comfortably. Please let the result live up to my expectations.. please..
