My nose has developed a dent

I had revision revision surgery on my nasal tip, you know? But on the tip of my nose, there’s like a freaking bruise? It’s turning really black, and there’s a step-off between the silicone and the nostril/alar area. It wasn’t that severe in week 1, but now in week 2 it’s sunken in really badly. What do I do? The doctor says it’s because they removed a lot of fat, and that swelling is wrapping around the area where the nasal tip connects to the silicone, making it look worse, and that it’ll get better. But after the follow-up, a few days later it got even worse. What do I do, seriously, I feel like I want to kill myself. I like the result, but because of the indentation... sigh, what do I do about this
