Before <pre-op photo> After <day of surgery> After <eyes around week 2> After <one month, with makeup> - Desired post-op line: semi-out, not too thick - What I wanted improved: make my eyes look as open and refreshed as possible instead of stuffy
As you can see from the photos, I really had small clam-shaped monolid eyes. The inner corners of my eyes were covered, so they said I needed upper epicanthoplasty together in order to match the semi-out line I wanted. So I had incisional double-eyelid surgery + upper epicanthoplasty. Everyone keeps saying my eyes turned out well, so I’m posting a review. What do you think?
On the day of surgery, I wasn’t in good condition, so I cropped and uploaded only one side. Please keep that in mind when looking. I see a lot of people here worrying about swelling. I also had swelling until around week 2, but after the one-month follow-up, it felt like it had settled into place. I think after surgery, it’s right to wait a certain amount of time. I’m uploading even the photos I took by myself so people can worry less!
