I went for a consultation, and they said I have a fairly high nasal bridge, so they recommended non-implant rhinoplasty. They said they would build up the nasal tip with ear cartilage and septal cartilage, and use cartilage on the bridge just enough to connect with the nasal tip, then use AlloDerm/donated dermis on top of that.. (+ I’m concerned about my protruding mouth, so I decided to do the nasolabial angle correction as well.)
I’m worried that if I do non-implant rhinoplasty, there might be a step-off, the nose might droop, or it might get absorbed and end up not looking much different from before surgery.. The price also came out to 4.5 million won, which is more expensive than I expected..
Is there anyone like me who did non-implant rhinoplasty and is more than 1 year post-op? I’m curious if there’s anything you regret
