Secret Laser is pretty effective for tightening pores, inflammatory acne, and comedonal acne! I first got it 1 year ago at a nationwide chain dermatology clinic and had 5 sessions~~ They said that during sessions 1-2, the sebaceous glands can be stimulated, so breakouts may actually come up more, but at that time I already had so many small bumps and purulent acne on my cheeks, forehead, and chin that there wasn't much difference.. After the 3rd session, the degree of breakouts definitely improved haha It wasn't to the point where my enlarged pores were really obvious with makeup on, but they bothered me when bare-faced..? That was about it, and on a scale of 10, they tighten by about 5-6 based on 5 sessions haha Dermatology clinics also tend to recommend at least 3 sessions.. The pain from Secret Laser is.. definitely there! Every time they zap once, it feels like 5-6 needles suddenly stab into the skin and come back out.. haha The clinic requires a 4-week interval, so getting 5 sessions takes at least 5 months~ I postponed in the middle, so I got 5 sessions over 7-8 months It wasn't just one or two pimples; they kept coming up on my forehead, nose, chin, and cheeks, so it was stressful, but for me the effect was good~!
