Here is my two-week review after male rhinoplasty. I had a slight dorsal hump and a somewhat crooked nose, so I had always worried that my impression did not look refined. Only after entering my thirties did I make up my mind, visit several clinics, and undergo surgery with Director A at [Clinic A]. During the consultation, the director immediately understood that my priority was a natural result and suggested correcting the nose to suit my facial proportions rather than forcing it higher, which made me trust him.
Because I already had a fairly defined nasal bridge, I initially did not want it raised. However, the director said I might later regret not adding even a tiny amount, so I trusted him and raised the bridge by only about 1 mm without an implant. It looks extremely natural and refined, just as I hoped, so I am very happy. He also shaved down the small hump and straightened the crooked part. He then refined the overall line by defining the tip and lowering the slightly retracted columella.
Now that two weeks have passed, almost all the swelling is gone and daily life is completely unaffected. Most of all, I love the difference between before and after. The previously bumpy, uneven nasal line is now smooth and straight, and the refined tip makes my overall impression much cleaner. Even though it was raised by only 1 mm, I can clearly feel the added dimension.
Rather than asking if I had surgery, people around me say things like, “Did you lose weight?” and “Why does your face look so much more refined?” Everyone says it turned out so naturally that they can hardly tell. It is not overly obvious and has become smooth and clean, as if it had always been my nose, so I am extremely satisfied. I hope this review helps anyone considering natural male rhinoplasty.
