Week 1 honest review of arm liposuction injections before my wedding

I’m getting married next February! Since I have naturally thick upper arms, I was very concerned about the bulging side line and overall thickness before wearing my wedding dress. After much deliberation, I decided to get arm liposuction injections. I chose Cheonho because a clinic close to home is best! I also chose it because I heard many brides-to-be visit this clinic before their weddings. Most of all, I was worried about scars when wearing a dress, but I heard there was a doctor who makes the incision near the elbow very small and inconspicuous, so I decided right away. The procedure finished quickly enough to go after work—just two hours!! Anesthetic solution is injected at first, and there was a little pain then, maybe about 3 out of 10? Honestly, it felt like getting a massage, lol. After all the anesthetic solution had been injected, they extracted the fat. There was no pain then, just an occasional tingling sensation! After the procedure, you can see the extracted fat, and I doubted my own eyes when I saw how much fat I had… haha, there was so much. On the day of the procedure, I had a tingling sensation because some anesthetic solution was still left, and the pain was about 4 out of 10. It felt sore and heavy. It has been just under a week, and the tingling has decreased a lot, but I bruised, so it hurts if someone hits me hard T_T. Still, it did not interfere with daily life at all—I went to work the very next day! As you can see from the before-and-after photos, the bulging side line that worried me most has really decreased a lot, right?! The doctor felt my upper arms and said they were muscular but also had a lot of fat.. haha. They said they removed as much fat as possible, and I’m already extremely satisfied with this result after just one week. There is still a lot of swelling because it is only week one, but I’m so, so, so satisfied. I hope this helps brides-to-be or anyone with thick upper arms who has the same concern!
