Breast Surgery Reviews

Plastic surgery is really about personal satisfaction

My breasts were originally on the larger side for my body, but after losing weight, their shape changed much more than I expected My highest weight was 72 kg in high school. Shocked by that, I started losing weight and lost about 25 kg over three years. I have gained a little (+3 kg) now, but I am maintaining it!! I thought losing weight would make my figure prettier, but once I actually lost the weight, I developed another concern…🥲 My breasts especially bothered me As I lost weight, my breast volume decreased and they sagged much more than before… They looked fine when I was dressed, but when I saw my unclothed body…😭

My thighs were also a concern. I had lost a lot of weight overall, but I felt the lines of my thighs had not become as defined as I wanted. The excess fat would not go away.. I had talked about this with friends around me, and some said there was no need to go as far as liposuction. They asked why I would do it again when I had already lost so much weight. (?)

But I usually examine my body closely.. Even if I looked fine to other people, I felt the excess fat and my breasts looked unattractive to me So after deliberating for a really long time, I finally had thigh liposuction and used the removed fat for breast fat grafting too!!

- Thigh liposuction review: My weight had gone down, but the thigh lines had not changed as much as I expected, so I was subtly conscious of them even when getting dressed. Especially when I looked at my overall proportions, I often thought my thighs could be a little slimmer So after much deliberation, I decided on liposuction.

Before surgery, pain was my biggest concern. I saw many reviews saying liposuction hurt and that swelling lasted a long time I had also heard from people around me that thigh liposuction was really painful. In reality, I had bruising and swelling after surgery, and moving was uncomfortable. It hurt a little when walking or standing up after sitting. But it was not as painful as I expected.. From immediately after surgery, a pretty line did not appear right away, and there was swelling, so I wore my compression garment carefully, drank pumpkin-and-red-bean tea, and paid attention to my recovery in my own way.

The back of my thighs still feels a little tight, but the lines have definitely changed (Very satisfied ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

- Breast fat grafting review: What I was looking forward to this time almost as much as the thigh liposuction was the breast fat grafting!! My biggest concern was that my breast volume had decreased and sagged as I lost weight.. (I also went for a consultation about a lift) My breasts used to be on the larger side, but after losing weight, the volume decreased and the shape sagged I also considered implants, but I thought filling the volume with my own fat would suit me better, so I had breast fat grafting together with thigh liposuction!!!

Immediately after surgery, they were too large because of swelling, but they gradually became a little smaller than at first, and the lines I wanted are now beginning to appear 😍😍 At first, I was curious about how much fat would survive and worried about how long the result would last I looked into it a lot and found many discussions about fat survival.. I did not want breasts that were simply as large as possible; I wanted a natural shape, so I paid attention not only to size but also to the overall lines.

It seems that breasts are not simply about increasing volume; it is also important that they harmonize with the overall body shape. I was also quietly worried about the incision sites. Before surgery, I wondered what I would do if the scars were very noticeable, but I have been checking the incision sites from the liposuction and re-injection as they heal. I heard that scars may need more time to settle, so I am going to keep watching them!! I am applying scar medication I bought at a pharmacy.

It is still too early to call this the final result, but I hope the shape settles well in the direction I wanted (Very satisfied + highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

- What I felt after surgery: Since I had already lost about 25 kg, people around me seemed to think I did not need any further surgery But after losing weight, I noticed areas I had not really recognized before even more clearly. My weight had decreased a lot, but my breasts had sagged and lost volume My thighs also did not have the lines I wanted because of excess fat, so I kept deliberating about them. Since I had thigh liposuction and breast fat grafting together, I had to manage swelling and pain on one side while continually checking how the volume was settling on the other.. I am still recovering, so I do not know how much more things will change, but I hope the thigh lines become more defined and the breasts settle naturally over time!!

The conclusion for now is… I am extremely satisfied 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷
