Anyone whose swelling gets worse toward the outer corner of the eye..?

It’s been a week since my revision surgery, and the swelling near the inner corners of my eyes has gone down a lot, but only the outer parts are still puffy My eyes already have really downturned outer corners, and since only the outer areas are more swollen, my eyes look twice as pitiful now.. lololol Can just the outer part be like this, as if I got bitten by a mosquito or something? It’s even only my right eye that’s like that I was thinking, since it’s swelling, I shouldn’t worry about it too much, but the day before yesterday, while removing the stitches, the director looked at it and said after seeing how much the swelling goes down in week 2, we should do a correction to lower the line near the outer corner of the eye,, I didn’t say anything, but they brought it up first haha.. Since then I’ve been bothered by it and searched around, but I can’t find anyone like me… Maybe the line at the end was made too high and doesn’t suit my eye,, Has anyone done an early correction by lowering the line..? They would be cutting it open one more time, so would the swelling and things like that be okay? Because of this, I’m about to have to cancel all my upcoming plans
