Since this was a revision surgery, I was determined to make this one the last, so I researched online and listed up about 10 places, and thought I should visit at least 5 in person, so I finalized 5 at the end.
There was actually a hospital people around me had gone to a lot and gotten pretty results at (it was a hospital famous for buried-suture double eyelid surgery), but even with same-day surgery conditions, they said it would be in September, so I booked surgery there for the time being and continued going around. Hani was the very last one, and I had gone to 4 places before it. The only thing all the doctors’ opinions agreed on was that I needed an incision. Everything else was completely different.. (I felt the director’s aesthetic was the closest to what I wanted, so I deliberately scheduled it for the latest time among my in-person consultations.)
Originally, after seeing reviews from 2 YouTubers who had surgery at Dㅇㅇ, Director Choi Jung-hoon was on my list, but I heard he suddenly left. But I heard he had opened Hani Plastic Surgery around the time I was planning to have surgery, so I booked a consultation right away.
Until then, I had mostly gone to large hospitals, so the waits were long and everything was too hectic, but Hani is a private clinic, so it was quiet and calm, and I liked it even before consulting with the consultant. The director also marked exactly the line I wanted, so I thought this was the place and paid the deposit before leaving.
Honestly, I was really torn between the second hospital I visited and Hani. After thinking it over, because it was an incisional surgery and because it is a private clinic, I thought they would be able to look after everything without missing anything from the surgery through aftercare, so I decided to have surgery at Hani Plastic Surgery.
After canceling both the hospital I had visited right before and the hospital where I had a September surgery reservation, I actually feel more at ease and have this strange confidence that it will go well.
