Since even before everything, my nose bothered me so much and I didn’t like it, I wanted to improve it as soon as possible, so I got Pearl Nose. But as time passed, the bead at the nasal tip gradually drooped and spread out, and my nose itself started looking longer and more spread out, so in the end I decided on revision surgery. Still, since I had already had my first nose surgery, I used that experience and started looking mainly for directors who had a lot of revision surgery experience and specialized in noses. While removing the Pearl Nose, I had surgery using silicone on the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage and septal cartilage for the nasal tip. Now about 4 months have passed. There were no particular problems up to month 3, and even now there are no issues; I’m recovering well and maintaining the result. The long-looking and spread-out feeling was corrected clearly all at once, and even though it was revision surgery, I’m so relieved the result came out well without problems. The area where the autologous costal cartilage was harvested also has a very small scar and little pain, and there hasn’t been any absorption or anything like that, so I like that part too. Especially now, I’m very satisfied that the shape itself has settled well without having to stress about my nose shape anymore.
