22 years ago, at a hospital an acquaintance of my mom in the neighborhood knew, they inserted L-shaped silicone through the inside of my nose really simply. I remember coming home without even wearing a splint lol Things like reducing the nostril wings and making the nostrils less visible couldn't be done at all; I just ended up with a nasal bridge ㅡㅡ lol Even though that counted as surgery, when I went for consultations, it was considered revision surgery, so the quote became insanely expensive, sob sob
