The consultant was kind and nice. I’m the type who gets turned off if there’s strong pressure to pay a deposit, but there was none of that, so I liked it. I had a CT scan and then a nose consultation, and the director was a bit firm in style. They started by analyzing what my nose is like. My nose is low and also a broad bulbous nose, so they said that if the nasal bridge and nasal tip are addressed, the before-and-after difference would be big and my personal satisfaction would be high. I asked about nostril reduction, and they said not to do that. I have a lot of septal cartilage, so surgery is possible with septal cartilage and ear cartilage. When I asked about autologous costal cartilage, they said it could be used if I wanted, but since it’s my first surgery and the desired line can come out even without using it, it isn’t necessary. They said they have CCTV and an anesthesiology specialist.

I’d heard a lot that the wait here is long, but the wait wasn’t that long! The consultant did talk about a deposit and discounts, but it wasn’t a burdensome style at all xx It felt more like “there is this kind of option,” so I didn’t feel any aversion at all. The director was kind. After asking what style I wanted, they explained step by step how much of that design could be reflected from my current nose. Since I have a bulbous nose, I asked about autologous costal cartilage, but here too, they weren’t the type to say bulbous noses must always use autologous costal cartilage. They said donated costal cartilage is also available and explained the pros and cons compared with that. They have CCTV, but I couldn’t ask about anesthesiology
