Review of double eyelid surgery in Daejeon

I visited ㅁㅇ ㅇㄷㅇ ㄷㄷㅈㅇ ㅂㄹㅂ and I was most drawn to ㄷㄷㅈㅇ, but the doctor's consultation was short and it was almost all a consultation with the consultant... I chose ㅂㄹㅂ, which suggested only the most minimal method, upper blepharoplasty.   They said it would become only a little higher than the current height. I'm completely monolid and it's almost 1 mm though? Do they mean 2 mm??? Still, I wanted the line to show a bit.. I showed the photo I wanted and asked if it couldn't be like this, and they said my eyes couldn't be like that. The doctor drew the line for me. Yeah, I like it at this level. Okay, then please raise it only as much as possible... But... After surgery, I was shocked by how extremely high the line was. It's twice as big as the photo I showed... They said once the swelling goes down, it will shrink to a quarter. Okay.

I don't know how tightly they tied the sutures, but the inner corners of my eyes pulled so much. At first I thought it was because of the stitches and swelling.

After the stitches were removed... Huh? The inner corners are still pulling. Ah... is it because of swelling? Two weeks passed.. Since my skin is the type that normally droops and the swelling also goes down easily, a fair amount of swelling went down, but the line is still high and the inner corners still pull... It feels like the stitches weren't removed. I guess I'm just sensitive...

A few days after the stitches were removed, something started to feel strange. It doesn't feel like swelling; it feels like my eyelids have been glued open... Was too much skin excised during the upper blepharoplasty??? What is this??? I got scared and spread the line open with my fingers, and it felt less severe..

My crown area gets numb and my neck stiffens... I'm not someone who usually gets headaches at all, so something feels wrong. Even my back hurts so much... This has never happened before... I urgently started asking people around me with experience. They said nobody had that happen....

If I sleep with my eyes closed and wake up, the condition eases.. But then when I open my eyes and walk around, my head gets numb and my neck stiffens... Daily life is impossible; I keep wanting to lie down... The inner corners of my eyes still pull... If I touch the inner corner of my left eye, it pricks sharply like a needle. The hospital says it's normal for the eyes to pull and prick like needles. Nobody around me had pulling in the eyes with stabbing pain..... What is this? I'm in week 3 now, and I walk around with my eyes narrowed like slits. Then the inner corners pull less and the dizziness is less severe.

I was afraid of becoming an oversensitive difficult patient, so I only asked through KakaoTalk and kept holding it in, but I felt like I really couldn't take it anymore, so I visited. Normally my voice is really loud, and when I'm angry I lose my temper without thinking, but since I was in the weaker position, I spoke quietly and nicely. But the doctor's voice was really loud and he seemed frustrated with me... Is he trying to pick a fight? As expected, the hospital says I'm sensitive... They had a stunned expression. They don't empathize with my symptoms... I want to hear the details about the surgical method, but we can't communicate... They told me not to look up things like that and to rest. I'm in pain and can't do anything, and I've been resting for nearly 3 weeks.. Normally I trade stocks all day, but for 3 weeks I haven't even opened my stock screen and have just been looking up side effects... No matter how sensitive I may be, in my whole life, I can count on one hand the times I've had headaches or dizziness... Unless something is spinning 360 degrees, I don't get dizzy. I don't have low blood pressure or high blood pressure. Because I'm dizzy, I feel nauseated and have no appetite. I've had double eyelid surgery before, had a C-section, and had LASEK too. I'm not the type of person who suddenly gets sick somewhere just because I had surgery.

As for the shape, whether it's uneven, sausage-like, or a line high up to the sky, none of that matters at all....

Even if it leaves a scar, I want to get rid of it completely.. I've lived my whole life without worries, really with nothing happening, but this simple double eyelid surgery became the worst event of my life. I wrote this review because I was angry, but I'll get better, right....?
