One time was silicone removal, but anyway, this will be my 4th surgery, so I’m really trying to look into it carefully before doing it. It’s not an extremely difficult nose, and the main issues are Gore-Tex removal and cartilage repositioning.

Because of the director’s blog, ㅇㅂㅋ feels trustworthy and I’m drawn to it, but when I said that my nostrils seem a bit visible and asked if he could lower the nasal tip angle a little, he immediately said he would extend the nasal tip length. But everywhere else refused, saying my midface is long, so if the nasal tip length is extended, my nose will look even longer. So I’m a little worried about whether I can trust the director’s aesthetic sense... Also, they use absorbable collagen?? that other places don’t use Anyway, so far this is still the place I want to do it most.
ㅇㅂㄹ seems like they would do the surgery well, but after the consultation, I kept looking at review photos and it seemed like they like designs where the columella protrudes a bit, and by my standards it’s closer to semi-dramatic than natural, so I decided not to do it there.. Ah, but as I keep looking again, it seems okay, there are lots of reviews, and there are many natural-looking people too, so maybe it would be good to do it here...
