Revision rhinoplasty after previous previous previous autologous costal cartilage use

My nose pain felt tight, painful, and tingling, and I swept a cotton swab over the area in that photo, then suddenly the pain eased a little.. What on earth is that? If it’s cartilage.. what should I do, and will a contracture complication happen?
