I'm thinking about revision surgery because of a dent on the bridge of my nose and the implant showing through a little If I like the surgical method, the nose shape is a bit different from the shape I want... I thought I had thought about it a lot before going... but maybe not When I first went to 3 places, I wanted to have surgery quickly, felt like they would all do a good job, and liked them, so I even put down a deposit, but now I'm thinking it over again... If a director explained in detail the surgical method I want, will they be able to give me the nose shape I want? No matter how much I tell them the line I want, they probably have a nose shape they usually do all the time, right I'm so worried. Since I heard the end point of nose surgery is rib cartilage, even though it's a revision, when they said to use rib cartilage, I felt a bit sad. I still have septal cartilage left, so I hadn't even thought about going as far as rib cartilage... So I'm leaning toward the director who suggested cutting and using one more piece of ear cartilage... Would it be better to keep looking...?
