After/after/before/before I had surgery on my cheekbones, square jaw, and chin tip. My current condition is that all major swelling has gone down and only minor swelling remains, so I feel like I have really recovered a lot! I’m so happy because the cheekbone asymmetry seems to have improved a lot~ I can eat all ordinary foods, and I heard that swelling from facial contouring can last at least 6 months to 1 year. As time passes, I can feel the changes, so I’m looking forward to it even more!
When I looked up reviews of facial contouring surgery, everyone said it was more uncomfortable than painful, and I think I know what they mean lol.. For me too, from the day of surgery to week 1, even if it hurt, it only throbbed like after having a wisdom tooth removed, and there was no severe pain. But I was very swollen, so it was hard to open my mouth, and since I only ate porridge or liquids, I lost weight.
Still, I think it’s a surgery worth going through this discomfort for, and I’m satisfied.
