I had orthodontic treatment at a dental clinic when I was young. I already had it done, but I don’t recommend it. It feels like the teeth themselves may become weaker. If you’re going to do it, afterward you need to make flossing or using interdental brushes part of your routine and take very thorough care of your teeth. I didn’t know any better and only brushed, then got cavities between my teeth and had a really hard time.
