Before/after review of hump nose surgery
First of all, the reason I chose this hospital was because an acquaintance recommended it, so I went ahead without hesitation~ My first hospital consultation!! (Honestly, I basically went there ready to book right away.) The lobby had a hotel-like feel~!! But of all days, it was raining I feel like it rained every time I went to the hospital..;;;
For the consultation, I said I wanted a sharp, sleek nasal bridge. My bridge was already on the higher side, so I originally wasn’t planning to put in an implant.. but since I was already doing it, I put in the minimum amount. The bulbous nose was the really important issue, and they said there was no choice because my skin is thick, but I still decided to go ahead!!! Why? Because I got a recommendation from an acquaintance!!!!!!!
Let me talk a bit about the surgery review lol When I got double eyelid surgery, I seriously swelled up like an Avatar and it hurt so~~~ much, so I was really worried, but with the nose, I didn’t feel pain at all. But breathing was really hard. My lungs really hurt, and I bought a back cushion because I had to sleep sitting up lololololol, but then I got a stiff, pulled feeling around my shoulders and ribs. And for me, my nose was really runny Even now, when I eat, it still happens, but because of my job I have to work while bending down, and it ran like crazy. I felt like a total fool.
I applied some ointment, so I deliberately kept the inside of my nose moist. Once the splint came off, I seriously felt like I could live again;; Oh, and for reference, I shampooed way more thoroughly than usual haha.. By weeks 2-3, my nose got really dry, so I got a lot of boogers. Since it was the change of seasons, I also developed a pollen allergy, so I think I suffered even more
As for the surgery, I think I’ll know better once the alar area goes down more, but now I’m going to focus on skin care haha
