I had epicanthoplasty and facial liposuction too, but the liposuction had almost no effect, and the epicanthoplasty turned out decently and naturally. For people with bulbous noses, honestly, even if it’s not glamorous like an influencer’s, if your image improves a lot compared to before and it suits you, then that’s a success. I also wanted it to become slimmer, but my current nose is refined-but-glamorous, and no one knows I had surgery, so I actually like it more haha
