My breasts had absolutely no volume, so a padded bra was essential. No matter how much volume I created with padding, there was nothing there, so I could not even dream of having upper-breast fullness T_T. My confidence dropped, and I naturally started looking into breast surgery. I visited several famous hospitals, but the director at [Clinic A] explained the size and implants in detail and seemed able to create the shape I wanted, so I decided to have surgery there. They increased the size moderately without making it excessive, and it looks much more natural. I heard the doctor had extensive experience with subfascial placement, so I think that is why the shape turned out natural rather than artificial! The inframammary fold scars are barely visible unless you look closely. I did not have to wear a compression bra, so there was no discomfort in daily life haha. This was incredibly convenient.
