After my first surgery, I developed multiple creases and became stressed, so I eventually had revision eyelid surgery with natural adhesion at [Clinic A]! Instead of forming a clean line, severe multiple creases appeared like steps above the double-eyelid line They became especially noticeable when I was tired, so I decided to have revision surgery. My first goal was to整理 the multiple creases rather than raise the line, and to make both lines as clean as possible. My second goal was a defined yet natural look!
Photo 1 — Day 3: I expected severe swelling and bruising, but fortunately they were not as bad as I thought lol. The messy multiple creases disappeared, and seeing only one line made me sigh with relief lol. Photo 2 — One week: The swelling and bruising had decreased compared with day 3. Since it had only been a week, it naturally still looked like I had surgery, and the swelling went down at different speeds on each side, but you just have to wait. Photos 3–4 — Week 2: Time really is the cure lol. The swelling around the inner eyes and eyelids had decreased enough for me to feel it. From then on, taking selfies became fun lol. Once the multiple creases disappeared, my bare eyes looked cleaner, larger, and prettier. I had not realized it, but the multiple creases must have made me look older lol. I never expected eyelid surgery to change my image this much. Photo 5 — Week 3: From the third week, people around me gradually started saying my eyes looked more natural. The initially strong double-eyelid line was gradually becoming thinner and settling to suit my eyes. Opening my eyes became much easier, and the line almost never folded unnaturally when I made facial expressions. Photo 6 — Week 4: Around one month, all visible swelling had gone down. Sometimes slight residual swelling appeared in the morning, but it soon subsided and looked better again by lunchtime. The line, which had seemed a little high from days 3 to 7 after revision, descended to exactly the level I wanted as the swelling decreased, and the crease looked much softer when I opened and closed my eyes. Even with just a little eyeliner or curled lashes instead of heavy eyeshadow, I could feel that my eyes looked prettier I was really happy once both lines matched lol. Photos 7–8 — Month 2: I think everything has settled now lol. Even on mornings when I am tired or slightly swollen, I do not have to worry about multiple creases, and the line feels stable, clean, and well-defined. What I notice most is that I am more satisfied with my bare face than with makeup lol. My eyes look much more defined and clean, which must be why! I spent a lot of time considering which clinic could fix my multiple creases well while researching different clinics, and I am really glad I had revision surgery with Director Choi Tae-jun at [Clinic A]. He created several possible lines so I could choose the one I wanted, and I liked that he tried to reflect my opinions as much as possible. The result was also this good, so I am very satisfied lol.
