I went for a consultation about ptosis correction, but honestly I left feeling upset. From the moment I entered, instead of explaining the procedure, it felt like they were questioning why I was considering it, which made it uncomfortable to even speak. Rather than explaining while examining my eyes directly, they looked briefly and said things like there was nothing they could do about eyes like mine, which was even more unsettling. When I asked questions, they sometimes answered curtly as if I were bothering them or cut me off. I felt almost no empathy or consideration throughout the consultation; instead, the atmosphere made me feel as if I were asking for too much. The explanation of the design and expected result was also insufficient, which only increased my anxiety. I had absolutely no desire to entrust my surgery to this clinic. Consultation is also part of the service, so it was a very disappointing experience that I could not even feel basic courtesy.
