After visiting several clinics for consultations, I narrowed it down to three. I do not plan to visit more, but the final choice is difficult
1. [Clinic A] — currently my top choice. The surgeon has many years of experience and reportedly performs only one surgery a day. The plan is to lower the line without fat grafting, and communication was better than expected. Most importantly, I liked that the surgeon said the eye shape I showed was possible. My concern is the surgeon's age. The clinic was famous in the past, but it does not seem very booked these days, so I am curious about recent surgical reviews.
2. [Clinic B] — second choice. Personally, it has a safe and reliable image, and it seems many people seek it out. However, the fact that fat grafting is mandatory concerns me. I also felt I could not communicate sufficiently during the second consultation. I once booked and then canceled, paying a fee, and the next consultation is reportedly not until December. I would feel uneasy scheduling surgery immediately without another consultation.
3. [Clinic C] — I like its current aesthetic, and the surgeon also has experience with double-eyelid revision. They recommended fat grafting too, and at 5.7 million won, it is the most expensive. Most of the cases I saw were primary surgeries, so I want to know more about reviews of eye fat grafting and line-lowering surgery. The consultation wait is long, and I do not know how they handle aftercare.
