In 4 days, it will be one month since my revision rhinoplasty. When I look at photos taken from the front, it feels like my columella is crooked, but when I look from below, it doesn’t really look crooked, only my nostrils look uneven. Could this be because of swelling?? Right after I had the splint removed, my nostrils were uneven and my columella did look crooked, but at one month, the major swelling should have gone down, and it still looks like this, so I’m seriously losing my mind The first photo is before surgery, the second is a selfie, the third is from the rear camera, and the last one shows the nostril condition. If it keeps staying like this, can I ask the clinic for an after-service correction???
