I really, really thought of it as the last time, and figured if I was going to do it, I should hurry up and get it over with, so I used autologous costal cartilage and just had my very, very, very final surgery and am recovering Until yesterday, moving around was so hard that I wondered if the surgery had gone wrong, but today, amazingly, I feel like I can live;
My nasal tip history: First surgery donor rib cartilage + septal cartilage > revision Medpor + mesh > third surgery donor rib cartilage + nose > fourth surgery (please let it be the last) autologous costal cartilage
Everyone.. if you have a small, short bulbous nose, use autologous costal cartilage from the beginning.. whatever you use, it all gets absorbed^^ I’ll come back with a real review after the splint is removed! If anyone has questions, comments are welcome too!!
