Before-after-before-after-after-after-after These are photos from 7 months after surgery. For the nose, I had silicone, ear cartilage, and autologous costal cartilage used, and for facial contouring, I had a V-cut + cortical osteotomy + setback + liposuction (jawline).
The swelling started going down completely from the second month, and after half a year it became natural-looking.
At the time of surgery, because I used autologous costal cartilage, the two weeks after surgery felt like a near-death experience, and even for the month after that, moving around was slightly uncomfortable.
Still, I’m satisfied because my hump was corrected and my chin, which used to be a protruding chin, also went in well. I wouldn’t go as far as saying I’m living a new life, but personally I do feel satisfied every time I look in the mirror :)
