1-month review of rhinoplasty with autologous tissue and no implant!

Before before after after after This is a self-paid review of my rhinoplasty done at Obliv by Director Kim Da-alm on 5/24, now at day 35, 1 month post-op. The surgery was rhinoplasty with autologous tissue and no implant + ear cartilage (nasal tip), postauricular fascia (nasal bridge) + correction of bulbous nose, short nose, hump nose, nostril & columella + slight trimming of the hump. From the front, my nose looked round and my nasal tip was low, so I was really stressed and thought about it for a while, then had it done during a short leave from work. I went to three places for consultations, and decided because this consultation was the most realistic and thorough. If you’re considering no implant, I hope you try getting a consultation. I started work 2 weeks after the rhinoplasty, and until then I applied the ointment carefully, so now the columella area is slightly red, but it’s coverable with concealer. Until week 3, when I yawned or made a slightly big facial expression, it felt tight and hurt, but now it hurts less. I’m sensitive, so I was very worried about a foreign-body sensation, but there’s none at all, to the point that I forget I had rhinoplasty. I only know because it feels hard when I touch it. When they incised the ear, they did it well at the part where the ear and the area behind the ear meet, so I think there will hardly be any scar, and I’m satisfied because they did it well. It does hurt a bit when I sleep lying on my side, but that much is manageable And for the line, I was worried because there was a lot of swelling until week 2, but now the swelling has gone down beautifully into the straight-to-slightly-curved line I wanted, so I’m so happy every day, and I hope it doesn’t go down any further
