The incisional-free buried sutures I had before came undone, so when I was looking into revision surgery, because of my age I was recommended things like a lift, and I posted here too, and many people commented telling me not to do it, but I had already made up my mind to go ahead, so I chose the safest method, the same way I had done before: buried sutures? natural adhesion. To get rid of the epicanthal folds, I had a little medial canthoplasty, and since they said my eyes were drooping and the inner corners might not show, I had a little upper canthoplasty? too. They reset the line cleanly, removed the tattoo, and overall it feels cleanly tidied up, so I'm very satisfied~
