-Tips for choosing a clinic First, for tips on choosing a clinic, after I went to consultations at about 4 places, I rated the following factors for myself and got it done at the place with the highest total score 1. The director’s aesthetic sense 2. Whether the size I wanted was possible 3. A small clinic 4. Whether the operating room had CCTV installed 5. How thorough the consultation was and how well we communicated 6. Whether they provide good postoperative aftercare
These are the standards I set for myself, and you can use them as reference, but I hope you definitely!! set your own standards when searching
-Swelling and pain As for pain, after the anesthesia wore off, it felt a little tingling, and when I bent over, it felt like things were pulling downward a bit, which felt strange, so for the first week I mostly lay down. But the pain didn’t last that long, and after about 3 days I was completely fine. The swelling was quite full at first, but now it’s been about 3 months since surgery, so most of the major swelling has gone down and the feel has softened! The upper pole bulging has improved a lot too~ When I lie down, they also flow fairly naturally! I think once the remaining minor swelling goes down, they’ll look even more naturally like real breasts
-What I like after surgery They say breast swelling can continue to go down for up to 1 year, so I’ll have to keep watching, but what I like about the progress so far is, first, I really like that both breasts touch each other lol Not to the point of an excessive Y-shaped cleavage, but it forms an I-shaped cleavage. Before, I had so little breast volume that the gap was wide and the shape looked like pectus carinatum and wasn’t pretty.. I’m satisfied because the cleavage line turned out pretty! Also, I originally wanted breast surgery since high school.. So since I finally decided to do it, my satisfaction with my breasts so far is nearly 80%..!! Once they fully settle later, it’ll probably get even higher, right?
-Surgery tips On the day of surgery, definitely wear clothes with buttons in the front That makes it easier to change before and after surgery! After surgery, you’re out of it because of the anesthesia, so clothes that are as easy as possible to change into are comfortable And although it depends on the person, if possible I think it’s good to go with a guardian or a friend. It’s not that you can’t go and come back alone.. but since it’s a major surgery, having someone next to you while waiting and so on really gives you strength
