Only one side, like in the photo... When I looked closely at dawn, the right nostril had become wide and comfortable enough for my little finger to slip in easily... But inside the upper part of the left nostril, the cartilage is long and hard along the pinched-nose line and protrudes out for a long stretch, so on this side, I can’t even think about getting my little finger in from the entrance... Could this be a side effect of cartilage tying?
