This is my first time writing in this community! I’ve had many procedures, but this is my first time with plastic surgery, so today was also my first in-person consultation round. I have a slight hump + a bulbous nose with volume, and what I want is just something natural, enough to improve my complex. I don’t have a celebrity I want to look like, and I showed them a slightly edited version of my side profile.
1. ㅋㅂㅅ - 4.2 million There is thread in my nose, so it would be removed during surgery, and if the nasal bridge becomes too low because there is a lot there, ear cartilage can be used. The hump would be removed, and the nasal tip would be raised with septal cartilage. They took a photo of my side profile and quickly photoshopped it from the front, saying they would correct it to this kind of feel. It was higher than the height I had in mind, but I liked it. They said it would probably look prettier if it were made a little higher than the photo I showed, and since this place is famous for pursuing natural results, if they say it needs to be higher, I guess I edited it too conservatively. Since an expert has a better eye for this part, I think it would be better to follow what they say haha Overall, the hospital was clean and the doctor was kind. 2. ㄹㅂㅅ ㅇㅂㅇㅎㄱ - in the 7 million range This was the place that first made me think nose surgery could be safe too, and my expectations were so high that I went in and out of their website for 2 whole years. They said I probably have a slight tendency toward rhinitis, but honestly I’ve never felt uncomfortable. Just snoring a bit when I’m tired..? haha Anyway, since an expert looked inside my nose with an endoscope and made the diagnosis, I guess that’s that! As soon as they took a photo of my nose, they showed me the most similar case’s before and after. Oh... totally relatable... But the problem was that I didn’t like the after photo..... It was the result I had been most afraid of. I asked whether it was inevitably like that with my nose, and they were completely like yes... They just told me to look at the photo and talk about it... In a way, they were very clear, so I came to accept it quickly too... The director has a method they pursue and their own kind of style?? The surgical method was really to my liking, and I liked the doctor’s conviction too, but the expected result... I didn’t like it... so for now, I’m putting it on hold. Maybe because I was so flustered after seeing the expected result that I couldn’t hide my expression, they called me back for a little more consultation, and when I showed them the edited photo from earlier, they also said that if I end up having surgery, they would like that photo to use as reference. My nose diagnosis: has functional problems, crooked but cannot be corrected through surgery
In the end, I’ve fallen even deeper into confusion lolololol.... I’m also planning to visit ㄱㅇㅈ and ㅇㄷㅇㅇㅇ. After doing in-person consultations, it was good to relearn what kind of nose I have. But it’s really tiring... lololololololol
