Especially since I knew both of them weren't easy surgeries, it wasn't easy to narrow down hospitals, but I looked for places that specialize in both eyes and noses, searched through each review about under-eye fat repositioning and bulbous nose improvement, and after consultations, I got both surgeries done at ㅍㄹㅁㅇ. Even right after surgery, the pain and swelling were less than I expected, and maybe because I received thorough aftercare, my recovery was fast too. Now that it's been 4 months, it feels like almost all the minor swelling is gone, and everything seems to have settled naturally. Since my under-eye area has definitely improved, I look much more lively, and I don't look old at all anymore. On top of that, maybe because my bulbous nose improved too, my overall impression feels much more refined? Since I also had osteotomy done, I think the frontal effect is clear too, and the line from the nasal bridge to the nasolabial angle came out really well. I used septal cartilage and donated costal cartilage, and there hasn't been any absorption or anything like that. It's been maintained really well so far, and I'm satisfied
