I'm currently 2 weeks post-op, and the nasal tip is crooked, so they said they'll do an early correction tomorrow. But since I'm going to have surgery anyway, I'm thinking of asking them to lower the height too! Right now, I feel like it looks too dramatic. So I have to decide by tomorrow morning whether or not to lower the nose height!! (Currently: osteotomy + hump nose correction + long nose correction + 3 mm silicone + donated rib cartilage.)
Questions:
1. If the nasal tip still looks like this even after 2 weeks, is it lifted a lot..? (Could the tip still be lifted because I had long nose correction..?)
2. What I’m aiming for is 40% dramatic and 60% natural! With this aesthetic standard, do you think lowering the height would be the right choice?
