I’m planning to get revision rhinoplasty, but I’ve already used septal cartilage and ear cartilage, so I think I’ll have to use rib cartilage. Does it hurt a lot?? How is the scar?? And what do you all say you want when getting rhinoplasty??
-A straight-to-slightly upturned line, but with the semi-upturned curve a bit more noticeable (more glamorous) -Nasal bridge that makes the space between the eyes look narrower -The nasal bridge and nasal tip to have the same thickness -Nasal tip not too pointy -Not making the midface and philtrum look long -Nasal tip not drooping too much -Nostrils as minimally visible as possible from the front -Nasal tip not looking like it’s pinched by a clothespin -Nostrils as symmetrical as possible in an “11” shape -Remove scar tissue inside the nose -Rounded columella -Still glamorous even after the swelling goes down -Side profile to look high in proportion to face size and width -Improve the indentation in the middle of the nose
I wrote down this much, but since it’s my third surgery, I want to be more thorough
