This is my 6-month review after receiving rhinoplasty from Director Na Min-hwa at Yerom Plastic Surgery~ At first, after looking into several places for rhinoplasty, I went for consultations.
Yerom was the first place I visited for a consultation, and after meeting the director, I thought, this is absolutely the place!!! and my choice was not wrong. I went through an acquaintance’s recommendation, but that person had surgery somewhere else (the place they had originally planned to consult at) because of a slight price difference, and in the end they had revision surgery and said they regretted it so much.. I had a complex about my nose, so for several years I had been getting fillers regularly (filler + threads). Because I had a lot of threads and filler placed, the skin on my nose became thin and the thread was about to protrude (almost like a dot about to pop out). (You can see it in the pre-op photo.) I didn’t know why, but the director saw it and added tissue coverage during surgery, preventing what could have become a serious situation I’m so grateful. I had no nasal bridge at all, thick skin (and even so, the thread almost protruded), and my nose had been badly damaged because of filler, so I honestly feel dizzy thinking about what would have happened if I hadn’t met the director.. I think of the director as a sculptor. Since I kept getting filler on top of filler, of course it sagged, and because the filler didn’t dissolve properly, it had become like an Avatar nose, but I was used to it and didn’t realize it looked strange. I’m so, so grateful that she showed me what a truly pretty nose is and even changed my strange aesthetic standards. After the swelling went down and I returned to school, I heard that I looked pretty, like a doll, and even that I looked like the top beauty in the department (amazing). But no one said anything specifically about my nose. That means it looks very naturally pretty!! The director told me that if someone only compliments the nose, then the surgery was done wrong. She said success is when it looks beautiful in harmony with your own face. That doesn’t mean my nose was operated on to be low; I’ve heard many times that my side profile is art. (I’ve never once been asked if I had a nose job.) As I said earlier, Director Na Min-hwa truly has high and clear aesthetic standards, and she is like a very delicate sculptor. After meeting her, I’m living a second life Doctor, thank you so much for the meticulous and precise consultation. And everyone, including the consultant manager, was so kind and I feel attached to them. I absolutely recommend Yerom to friends who say they want surgery. They carefully and safely checked my condition, and with such excellent artistic sense, I feel so reassured. I’m really glad I had surgery with Director Na Min-hwa at Yerom Plastic Surgery!!
