Right after getting it and on the first day, it was swollen, so it felt like I had a huge nose. But from around day 3, it looked a bit slimmer, so I got the second session too It’s similar to your original nose shape after the swelling has gone down, and I think it shows especially better when you apply contour shading Also, I don’t have much fat on my face overall, but my nose has what I guess you’d call the area where the cartilage is felt, and there isn’t much contour there. It’s not quite a bulbous nose, but I do have some flesh on my nose, so I think that’s why I saw an effect
