The photos compare when I was 107.8 kg before mini abdominal liposuction and now
I still look kind of like a middle-aged man now, but before the procedure I was exactly that
The back view is hugely different, right? I’m very satisfied now
This is week 9
First of all, I’ve been wearing short sleeves these days, and after getting mini abdominal liposuction, the fit around my flanks and back sides looks a bit better
Originally, those areas were tight too, so when I looked in the mirror it felt frustrating, but these days, even though it’s fat, when I wear clothes it looks like muscle and gives a V-shaped, inverted-triangle look
So I’m going around fooling people well lol
I should go back to the clinic this week for follow-up care and get the prescription again
When I take the prescribed medicine, my appetite definitely seems to decrease, so I can manage it a bit, but after not taking the medicine for a while, it feels like my appetite is coming back..
This week’s follow-up care was extracorporeal shock wave therapy again
This time too, I talked about management consultation with the person doing the procedure, and they kindly gave me various tips, so I’m going to try them!
I’ll have to make a bit more effort next week!
I’m scheduled to receive treatment again next week too, and next time I should record it after losing even more!!
