Like it looks like there are traces of contracture? From which time does it start to become like that? I'm on my third surgery now, but my skin is fine But I'm considering an after-service revision, and from the nose's standpoint that's the same as a fourth surgery.. I don't know whether the skin becomes like that only when contracture happens, or whether it just becomes that way if you have too many surgeries
