I am doing well I should have taken it off and exercised like this earlier. Just adjusting my diet and exercising did not make this belly go away.. I got liposuction once.. and exercised along with it, so rather than saying it works better! should I say exercise takes better? At first it was hard because it felt a bit tight, but after passing 2 months and exercising properly, it feels like the exercise effect is really kicking in. Of course.. if I let my guard down, I gain weight right away, so even after liposuction... it seems true that maintenance is essential...
