The consultant said the photos came out differently from how I actually look, so they retook one set of photos. Director Taco came in and said my nerve line is low, so I wouldn’t see a big effect. He said my chin tip is originally a bit of a witch’s chin? So if I set it back, the postoperative witch’s chin side effect would appear extremely severely, and he said I shouldn’t set it back but advance it... He said that for me to get the face I want, it would be two-jaw surgery, but my current face isn’t bad-looking and is actually popular, yet Director Taco said he couldn’t reduce much? He told me to think about it. The simulated surgery also showed a very minimal effect Still, I trusted this more than no. 1. 3. ㄴㅌ 9:00 am appointment. Because of a subway issue (personal circumstances), I was 10 minutes late. After filling out the chart, I waited about 10-20 minutes until the CT scan. After moving to the consultation room, I waited alone in the consultation room for about 10-15 minutes until the consultant came in. After the consultant consultation, I think I waited about 20 minutes for Director ㅇㅈㅎ. I had already told the consultant what the previous hospitals said. Director Yoo also said my nerve line is low, and if I do facial contouring, they would barely be able to touch the sides. He talked about only doing an osteotomy in the front, slightly correcting the asymmetry, and smoothing out the remaining angular parts. He said, “I hope I’m not confusing you because the consultation contents are all different,” and explained that because my square jaw isn’t large and I’m not really a facial contouring case, the consultation contents are all different. He recommended instead dissolving the unnecessary fillers in my face, doing liposuction, and lifting (he didn’t say facelift). He said that would probably give me about the same effect as contouring on my current face.
I liked the consultations at ㅌㅋ and ㄴㅌ so much. Especially ㄴㅌ!!! It felt like they gave me a very honest plan. If I have acquaintances who want facial contouring, I’ll actively recommend these two places.
