It’s been 5 years since my first surgery, but the bulbous nose correction didn’t turn out as well as I expected, so I’m not happy with it. First of all, at the time of the surgery, they said that if they removed more skin, necrosis could occur, so they didn’t do it. I want to check whether that was really right, and if revision rhinoplasty is possible, I’m thinking of doing it I still feel like my nose looks big...
