Of course, it’s better than before rhinoplasty, but the nose you have right after rhinoplasty won’t last forever. The nasal height all goes back down again.
It stays at about the average between the nose right after rhinoplasty and my original nose, and even if you get nostril reduction, it stretches out again.
If you use ear cartilage or donated rib cartilage, of course it will droop back down to about your original nose height.
