I chose surgery because I thought the director at [Clinic A] would have both extensive experience and excellent skills, having operated at the same location for over 10 years. Along with double-chin liposuction, I also had facial fat grafting, mainly to the forehead. I asked for only very small injections in the front cheeks and nasolabial folds so they would not be noticeable, while requesting proper volume in the forehead! I am very satisfied because the forehead line came out beautifully, and the previously sunken forehead and brow area have filled out into a rounded shape, making my whole face look softer. I plan to use fresh fat for both the first and second procedures, and because the director pursues a very natural look, I am not too worried about over-injection—I almost feel sorry to see the swelling go down. After seeing how much the swelling subsides, I am considering adding a little more during the second procedure.
