About a month and a half after buried-suture double eyelid surgery, I developed a chalazion, so I got a steroid injection at the clinic where I had the surgery, but it only went down briefly and then came back again. I’m so stressed- (For reference, this is an eye that had never had a stye before! I looked it up and this condition has a high recurrence rate, so I think the surgery was probably the cause for me)
The doctor said they would remove the thread, properly treat my eye, and then do revision surgery again, but I’m sad because it feels like this has become a bigger issue. The swelling went down really quickly and I liked my double eyelid line so much that I thought it was a success, but waaah
Is there anyone here who suffered from a chalazion and finally found relief?
