After getting cheekbone reduction surgery, my under-eyes started sagging, so it seems like the under-eye fat has become more bulging and loose. Would under-eye fat repositioning be effective? Even before the cheekbone surgery, I was once recommended to get under-eye fat repositioning too, but after the surgery it became noticeably worse.. It also feels like the skin under my eyes has stretched. In this kind of case, do I need lower blepharoplasty..? I’m still in my very early 20s,, please also recommend hospitals that are good at under-eye procedures (I don’t have aegyo-sal either, and the flesh under my eyes is bulging downward. But rather than the bulging being very severe, it just feels saggy..)
